Assessment group
The assessment division is the centre for evaluating the talent of student community with regard to global corporate demand for skilled workers in the business and technology services industry.
Assessment division will visit the respective colleges and will divide the students in to tiers based on the grades they score in assessment examinations conducted at their premises.
Students falling in to particular tiers are eligible to be placed in those companies coming under the respective tiers.
Training group
The training division provides hands on training to the students in all aspects of competitive employment. It is often experienced that students fall to lower tiers only due to lack of some industry relevant soft skills such as language, inter personal communication skills, technical applicability and leadership qualities.
Students can improve their employability through our training division and may get upgraded to a higher tier and thereby they can maximise their chances of getting placed to a company of higher profile.
Placement group
Industry linking Division (ILD) of CAPTURE has links with various hiring organizations around the globe. The ILD have companies under its limit, divided in to tiers depending on the career prospects that the company offer for a talented young employee.
Students from all branches and subjects of the following degrees are eligible to register.
